We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment with the exception of styles that are only eligible for store credit, or an exchange for a different size or color. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.pinedo.co, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used
- We do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- All accessories under $50.00 USD are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- PINEDO reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire.
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.pinedo.co the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders (orders being shipped to customers). A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Once the exchange item is received to the PINEDO studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. PINEDO covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders only on packages being sent back to PINEDO.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to PINEDO. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. PINEDO is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES / LOCAL PICK UP
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our studio. Our team will contact the customer via email three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
Orders placed for local pick up that are not claimed within 90 days of purchase will be returned to stock and issued a refund in the form of store credit only.
