ORDER PROCESS

PINEDO ships from Los Angeles, CA. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipment. Order deliver time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. PINEDO ships only in the USA. If you are out of our shipping range, reach out to CONTACT@PINEDO.CO. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

USA SHIPPING
All domestic orders and shipments placed with us online will be processed and shipped via FedEx 2Day. Delivery takes 2-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Expedited shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is available for domestic orders. Expedited shipping will only be processed during business hours, Monday-Friday. Please check our Contact Us page for updates on studio closures.

USA SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic US orders will be shipped via FedEx 2Day. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. PINEDO is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

P.O. BOXES

Please note that UPS and FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you via e-mail to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EXCEPT RUSSIA)

International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the U.S. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express shipping or FedEx International Priority. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than DHL Express. DHL typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. FedEx International Priority typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping costs and times vary with shipping location. PINEDO is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

SHIPPING TO RUSSIA

Shipments to Russia will be shipped via UPS Ground Worldwide shipping unless notified otherwise. UPS Ground Worldwide typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. International shipping costs vary with shipping location.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from PINEDO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to PINEDO.

INTERNATIONAL COSTS

To estimate shipping fees select country, state and zip code upon checkout. Shipping costs provided at checkout do not include any import duties and taxes. All orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and the customer will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery or your order. See section “TAXES & DUTIES” for more information. 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. If you'd like your package to be released without a signature required, please email PINEDO at CONTACT@PINEDO.CO. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to PINEDO. All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

RETURNS

To return or exchange a PINEDO garment, please email CONTACT@PINEDO.CO for written approval within 5 days of delivery. PINEDO does not cover return shipping costs, and all return shipments must be provided with return tracking information. If an item is returned unworn with original tags in place within 10 days of written approval, a full refund will be processed. Items must show no visible signs of wear, stains, makeup, perfume scent, etc.
